Offered is a 1970 Dayton Daily News Pete Rose card graded PSA VG+ 3.5. This particular card is the only example graded at this level, with only three higher grades in existence. This is primarily due to its age and the challenges that come with being a hand-cut newspaper collectible. Rose is shown grinning on the example, with his 1969 and career stats to that point listed adjacent.
This lot is a part of the #2 Pete Rose Master Set in the PSA Registry and the most sought-after Pete Rose card collection to ever come to market. Bid on Lot #31 for purchase of the complete #2 Master Set (1963-1979) or lots #32-215 for individual purchase. Each lot will be sold separately unless the final bid amount of Lot #31 exceeds the final bid amount of Lots #32-215.
