Presented here is a 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair full unused ticket graded a perfect Gem Mint 10 by PSA. The historic musical festival was held August 15-17 1969. This $24.00 ticket was good far all 3 days.
Promoted as "Three Days of Peace and Music" Woodstock brought together an insane total of 400000 spectators to a dairy farm in theCatskill Mountains of southern New York State. Joan Baez closed out Friday's opening night. Saturday's packed lineup included Santana Grateful Dead Creedence Clearwater Revival Janis Joplin The Who and Jefferson Airplane. Joe Cocker kicked off Sunday with The Band and Crosby Stills Nash & Young to follow culminating with Jimi Hendrix's epic two-hour closing set that featured his famous psychedelic rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner." It remains the most prestigious and important music festival/concert in history.
