One of the keys of the 1969-70 Topps basketball tallboy issue the #99 checklist we offer here is one of only 3 examples graded MINT 9 by PSA with none graded higher. The difficulty of obtaining MINT cards from this immensely popularity set is already substantial due to the size of the cards but when it comes to the last card in the set that difficulty is exacerbated tenfold.
