The debut card of Reggie Jackson from Topps condition-sensitive 3rd Series of 1969 is generally considered an icon from the era. This sterling example as the one and only PSA GEM MINT 10 graded Reggie rookie in the world must be considered one of the hobbys greatest 1960s artifacts. Dmitri Young certainly feels this way as he told us that after the birth of his children the acquisition of this card was among the most joyous experiences of his life. Such reverence is derived from Dmitris love for Reggie the man as well as his well-honed appreciation for GEM MINT quality. The physical attributes possessed by this unique specimen are astounding. The perfectly centered image is vibrant and crystal clear with every surface and edge free of any defects. Its superior condition elements suggest that this gem almost certainly originates from vending. Regardless of speculation the fact is that among more than 3745 examples submitted to PSA this card stands above the rest as the only GEM MINT 10.

Reggie Jackson the self proclaimed "straw that stirred the drink" was a winner wherever he played. The outspoken flamboyant muscular outfielder played in 17 post-season series earning five World Series rings over a 16-year stretch. He won the home run title playing for 3 different teams and provided some of the most dramatic home runs in baseball history. In 21 seasons Jackson played on 11 divisional winners six pennant winners and five World Champions. He has a .357 lifetime World Series average nearly 100 points above his lifetime regular-season average and the best career World Series slugging average at .755. His total of 563 HR was sixth all-time when he retired.
