Offered is an original full issue of the December 1, 1969 Sports Illustrated (not just the cover). This is part of a bound edition of all the 1969 Sports Illustrated magazines. This is the only issue signed in the complete set of magazines. The collector who obtained Pistol Pete’s autograph had his 1970-1971 Atlanta Hawks team sign the cover in addition to Pete. This was Pete’s rookie year in the league. This is a rare vintage rookie year autograph! He signed, “Pistol Pete”
Additional signers include: Hall of Famers – Walt Bellamy & Richie Guerin, John Vallely, Bill Bridges, Gene Ford, Herb White, Bob Christian (who signed the cover twice). There are 9 autographs in total.
