Featured is an uncut sheet issue by Major League baseball the year of baseball's centennial. These photo stamps are thin paper collectibles and include 12 players per sheet. MLB issued a total of 18 sheets that year (9 for each league). There are a very small sample in the PSA pop report and this issue is a pop of 1 with only 3 graded higher by the authentication firm. The star of this sheet is Pete Rose and this copy comes from the enormous collection offered in this sale. Graded PR 1 by PSA/DNA.
This lot is a part of the #2 Pete Rose Master Set in the PSA Registry and the most sought-after Pete Rose card collection to ever come to market. Bid on Lot #31 for purchase of the complete #2 Master Set (1963-1979) or lots #32-215 for individual purchase. Each lot will be sold separately unless the final bid amount of Lot #31 exceeds the final bid amount of Lots #32-215.
