Beautiful high grade 1968 Topps Baseball complete set purchased by the consignor in that year from Wholesale Cards Co. with just the vast majority of cards appearing to be NM or better. We sent the 12 most valuable cards to PSA and they came back: #45 Tom Seaver(HOF) MINT PSA 9(OC) 50 Willie Mays(HOF) MINT PSA 9 80 Rod Carew(HOF) NM+ PSA 7.5 110 Aaron(HOF) EX PSA 5 150 Roberto Clemente(HOF) NM PSA 7 177 Nolan Ryan(HOF) NM PSA 7 230 Rose EM PSA 6 247 Johnny Bench(HOF) MINSIZERQ 280 Mickey Mantle(HOF) NM+ PSA 7.5 330 Roger Maris NM PSA 7 480 Manager's Dream NM PSA 7 and 490 Super Stars NM PSA 7. Card #554 is cut over sized and damaged. Cards #128 252 328 422 and 432 have rubber band damage/stain. There may be a few others with some type of damage. Loads of grading possibilities remain in this awesome set.
