Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruths longstanding career home run record of 714 round-trippers in 1974. He finished his Hall of Fame career with 755 home runs a record that stood until Barry Bonds broke it in 2007. This lot includes a 1968-72 Hank Aaron autographed MacGregor professional model Big Dipper game-ready glove with no signs of use. Aaron signed it in green on the outside of the thumb area. His signature seems to be on top of his uniform number 44 which looks to have been written in faded black marker sometime earlier. Aarons autograph is also faded and would rate a 5-6/10 in our book.
