Outstanding condition set of the very rare 1967 Venezuelan League issue including 3 variations. Set is a combination of major and minor league players along with Latin American stars. Among the more familiar names found in this set are Cookie Rojas Luis Tiant Diego Segui Luis Aparicio(HOF) Luis Aparicio Sr. Merv Rettenmund Camilo Pascual Pedro Ramos David Concepcion Chico Carrasquel Bobby Cox Jim Campanis Paul Schaal Jose Tartabull Cesar Tovar Vic Davalillo and Bob Oliver. A very evenly matched VG-EX set with the vast majority of cards falling within that range. No real dogs in here. Amazingly only 1 card #107 has back damage along one border from being glued in an album. A few cards have either an small blue "1" or a red "L" on the back. They are: #13 16 43 71 94 126 133. Missing only the #95 Carrasquel(blue back) card for total completion. You will look far and wide for a long time to find an exceptionally clean condition set like this. The first we have ever handled.
