The 1965 MacGregor Pete Rose card, depicting Rose in a crouching position with a glove, is an extremely scarce card from the mid-1960s. The unique example is graded PSA VG-EX 4. This card holds a rare distinction as one of only two known examples at this grade level, with only one known to be graded higher. Despite showing signs of wear expected for its age, it retains its visual appeal, allowing Rose's image and the details of the card to remain clear and recognizable.
This lot is a part of the #2 Pete Rose Master Set in the PSA Registry and the most sought-after Pete Rose card collection to ever come to market. Bid on Lot #31 for purchase of the complete #2 Master Set (1963-1979) or lots #32-215 for individual purchase. Each lot will be sold separately unless the final bid amount of Lot #31 exceeds the final bid amount of Lots #32-215.
