Among the most condition sensitive issues of its era the 1963 Topps baseball series presents an alluring challenge to collectors seeking to build high-grade sets. This offering represents the fruits of one collector’s passion and dedication. With each of the 576 cards in this 1963 Topps complete set graded NM-MT PSA 8 with the exception of six graded MINT PSA 9 (#215 Skinner #233 Stengel #243 Leppert #376 Wyatt #435 Held #498 Kasko and #566 Cook) it is an assemblage worthy of admiration. On a card by card inspection including the flush-to-the-bottom colored borders this proves to be an uncompromising ultra high grade compilation of perhaps the most desirable set of the decade. The set is currently listed on the PSA Set Registry (Futrell Legacy Collection) with a GPA of 8.012 and holds the #14 position among the all-time finest sets ranked there.
