Trio of ticket stubs to 1962 World Series between the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants including a pair from Game 2 and one from Game 6 all played at Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
10/5/62 Game 2 - Jack Sanford pitched a complete game 3-hit shutout to beat the Yankees 2-0. Hall of Famer Willie McCovey hit a solo home run for the Giants. One stub about EX with some light staining on the back. The other about VG with some light staining on the front.
10/15/62 Game 6 - After a 3 day rain delay Billy Piece pitched a 3 hit complete game as the Giants downed the Yankees 5-3 to even up the Series at 3 games a piece. Stub about VG-EX with some staining on the front and "10/15/62 WP Pierce LP Ford NM Yankees 2 SF Giants 5" written in blue ink on the back.
