Presented is a 1961 Topps Billy Williams rookie example signed by the Cubs legend in bold blue ballpoint. Both the card and the autograph were certified as authentic by PSA and PSA/DNA, respectively. The Hall of Fame left fielder won the NL Rookie of the Year in 1961. A great addition to any Cubs or vintage autograph collection.
