Offered is a really nice looking #20 Bailey Howell in a PSA MINT 9 from the 1961 Fleer Basketball issue. Rich orange and red colors fill the background of the crystal-clear picture of the hall of famer. Four sharp corners, snow white borders and a GEM MINT reverse definitely warrant PSA's second highest accolade. This is one of twenty-eight rated MINT on PSA's pop report with only three examples graded higher as of today.
