One of a kind piece of original Fleer photography used to create card #38 of Boston Celtic Hall of Fame center Bill Russell from their immensely popular 1961-62 Fleer Basketball issue. The 5" by 7" visible portion of the black and white photo has been outlined/highlighted in white paint on the shoulders and around the head by Fleer artists to give the finished card a clean crisp look of Russell's image against the dark blue background of the finished card. Photo has been beautifully framed to a size of 15" by 21 1/4" along with an actual 1961-62 Fleer #38 Bill Russell card. (Cannot see corners of card but the visible portion looks to be in great condition) Small plaque at top reads "1961-62 FLEER BASKETBALL ORIGINAL ART PHOTO #38 BILL RUSSELL H.O.F." Unique piece of 1961-62 Fleer Basketball history featuring one of the Greatest players of All Time!
