1961-62 NBA Championship program for a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and visiting Boston Celtics played at the Los Angeles Sports Arena and signed by 10 members of the World Champion Boston Celtics. Autographs are: Bill Russell Bob Cousey Red Auerbach Sam Jones K. C. Jones Frank Ramsey Tom Heinsohn Tom Sanders Gary Phillips and Gene Guarilla. The Celtic took the hard fought series 4 games to 3 winning the deciding Game 7 in Los Angeles in overtime after the Lakers Frank Selvy missed a 12 foot shot in regulation that could have brought LA the title. the Lakers Elgin Baylor scored a Finals record 61 points in Game 5. Very sharp mostly 8-9/10 looking blue ink signatures four on the inside pages and 6 on the back cover. Los Angeles version program has a couple of articles and photos plus many period ads. Unscored program in about VG condition.
