Offered is a tough card for any serious vintage set builders or registry climbers. This PSA MINT 9 copy of Mike Cuellar on card #398 from the 1960 Topps baseball issue is a pop of twenty-two and there is only one example graded higher. Pack fresh card and likely the best any set builders can find for now.
