The heavily favored Yankees dominated the World Series statistically but ended up losing to the Pirates on Bill Mazeroski's home run in the bottom of the ninth in what many consider the most exciting World Series ever. About 7/-7.5/10 overall very easily readable signatures split about evenly between dark blue and lighter black ink. Ball has some light soiling and a few scuffs.
