The 1957 Topps Football set was the first football set to feature modern card sizes of 2 1/2” x 3 1/2” and came out in two series 1-88 and 89-154. The second series (89-154) commands more value. This set is unparalleled in star power and contains over thirty Hall of Famers and several big-name rookie cards including Bart Starr Johnny Unitas Dick Lane Raymond Berry and Paul Hornung. Offered in this lot is a 1957 Topps Football complete set (156 total cards) that includes both short-print checklists (ungraded) and the ever-important #138 Unitas rookie is graded NM 7 by PSA. Overall this set comes in mostly EX-MT to NM condition with some faring better or worse. The following 38 cards are graded by PSA:
