Offered in this lot, a groundbreaking piece of Football card collecting, a complete 120 card 1956 Topps Football set. The 1956 set was the first trading card product that was officially licensed by the NFL and the launch of the annual issue of Topps NFL cards that continues to this day. Key rookie cards of the set include #41 Roosevelt Brown, #60 Lenny Moore, and #101 Rosey Grier. Hall of Famers in the set include #9 Lou Groza, #11 George Blanda, and #53 Frank Gifford. A superb addition to any Football collection.
