Incredible probably one of a kind complete set of 12 Kentucky Wildcats from the 1955 Ashland/Aetna Oil regional issue all signed on the front by the pictured player including legendary Hall of Fame coach Adolph Rupp. Included are: Adolph Rupp John Brewer Phillip Grawemeyer Jerry Bird Robert Burrow Gayle Rose Linville Puckett William Bibb Ray Mills Gerry Calvert Earl Adkins and William Evans. Ten have signed in matching 9/10 vintage black ink with Bird and Calvert about 5-6/10. All but a couple display beautifully from the front with all 12 having evidence of being taped in an album at one time on the backs. Each also has a small number/letter written on the back in ink. Rupp and Calvert have Ashland ad backs the others all have Aetna. A true one of a kind find!
All are slabbed SGC/JSA Authentic.
