Best known for “The Catch” by Willie Mays’ in Game 1 off the bat of Vic Wertz the Giants swept the 1954 World Series in four games to win their first championship since 1933. Offered here is a 1954 World Series NY Giants vs Cleveland Indians vintage red felt pennant. The scarce souvenir shows two large team logos of the Indians and Giants with the pennant reading “NY Giants vs Cleveland Indians - World Series 1954”. The felt pennant comes in problem-free condition with the white graphics still quite bold and very little cracking evident.
