1) National League of Professional Baseball Clubs signed player's contract between Dodger Hall of Fame shortstop Pee Wee Reese and the Brooklyn National League Baseball Club Inc. for the upcoming 1953 baseball season. Reese the Dodger captain would have another solid year for the National League Champions in 1953 batting .271 and having the 2nd highest home run and runs scored totals of his 16 year career. Perfect looking 9-10/10 black ink Pee Wee Reese and Buzzie Bavasi vintage dark black ink signatures. Contract in outstanding condition.
2) 1/8/53 Western Union telegram from Pee Wee Reese to Buzzie Bavasi telling him he will come right to the Dodger offices once he arrives in New York.
