1951 World Series program between the New York Yankees and New York Giants. Riding high with the euphoria of Bobby Thomson's "shot heard round the world" the Yankees would bring the Giants back to earth by taking the Series 4 games to 2. Scored in pencil New York version program is loaded with player photos articles and period ads. Wear and small creases along the spine with creases at the the bottom right corner. About 1" of separation of spine at top. Group of small stains at front bottom center. Giants box score page has been folded in half at one time.
