The 1950 World Series was a classic four-game sweep by the New York Yankees over the Philadelphia Phillies, and the six umpires who worked that Fall Classic have all signed this exceptional ONL Frick baseball. The signatories — Jocko Conlan, Bill McGowan, Al Barlick, Charlie Berry, Bill McKinley, and Dusty Boggess — are among the most celebrated arbiters of the mid-20th century, with Conlan, McGowan, and Barlick all enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame. The ball bears the inscription "World Series Umpires 1950" and carries each man's signature on a distinct panel. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a Letter of Authenticity. A unique and historically irreplaceable piece documenting the complete umpiring crew from one of the most celebrated Fall Classics of the postwar era.
