This handsome silver pendant was issued as part of a 25th anniversarly celebration in 1975 of the famed Whiz Kids from 1950 that snagged a dramatic National League pennant on the last day of the season and captured the hearts of generations of Phillies fans in the process. The pendant has a silver baseball affixed to the center of a deep-red stone on the face encircled by the words "Phillies Whiz Kids NL Champions" in raised letters. The pendant 24-inch silver link chain and black-felt presentation box with gold highlights appear to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition.
