The 1950 Callahan Hall of Fame Baseball Card Set was produced from 1950 to 1956 and sold at the Baseball Hall of Fame Museum in Cooperstown and at ballparks in a boxed set.
The standard 1950 Callahan Hall of Fame edition has 61 unnumbered cards, which measure 1 3/4" by 2 1/2" in size. New cards were added each year as players were enshrined into the Hall of Fame. The cards that were added after 1950 are harder to find and not considered as part of the standard set. 63 are presented here.
The are many delightful cards in this issue including Ty Cobb, Dizzy Dean, Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth. As you see from the images, although not graded, the cards are each in very good to excellent condition.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
