Notables in this lot include #1 Sid Luckman (R)(HOF), #4 Doak Walker (R)(HOF), #6 Bobby 'Blonde Bomber' Layne (R)(HOF), #13 Johnny Lujack (R)(HOF), #16 Pete Pihos (R)(HOF), #19A George McAfee (R)(HOF), #22 Steve 'Big Boy' Van Buren (R)(HOF), #29 Charley Trippi (R)(HOF), #34 Slingin' Sammy Baugh (R)(HOF). Also included is a 1949 leaf #79 Steve 'Big Boy' Van Buren. Other cards in this lot include: #2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49. This starter set appears to be in the Fair to VG range.
