This lot includes (26) Yogi Berra Topps and Bowman baseball cards ranging from 1948 to 1965. His 1957 Topps #2 and 1961 Topps MVP #472 are both autographed by the Yankees Hall of Fame catcher in blue and black pen, respectively. Both slabbed "AUTHENTIC" by PSA/DNA; in our opinion the autos. each rate 9/10 in strength and eye appeal. The '57 Topps #2 card appears EX(OC),while the '61 Topps MVP #472 is EX-MT.
Unsigned Topps cards include: 1952 #191 FR/GD (pinhole), 1953 #104 EX-MT(OC), 1954 #50 EX-MT, 1955 #198 EX, 1956 #110 EX-MT(OC), 1958 #370 NM(OC), 1959 #180 EX, 1960 #480 EX-MT+, 1961 #425 EX-MT, 1962 #360 EX, 1963 #340 EX, 1964 #21 EX-MT+, 1965 #470 EX+.
Unsigned Bowman cards include: 1948 #6 Rookie TRIM (EX+ appearance), 1949 #60 EX+, 1951 #2 VG-EX, 1950 #46 VG-EX, 1951 #2 VG (NM appearance w/slight surface wrinkle), 1952 #1 EX, 1953 #121 VG-EX+, 1953 #44 Bauer/Berra/Mantle EX/MT-NM, 1954 #161 VG-EX, 1955 #168 VG+.
