Beautiful 1942-1945 Boston Red Sox game worn home flannel jersey. Felt "RED SOX" across the chest on the front and "5" on the back. From 1942 through 1944 #5 was worn by Jim Tabor. In 1945 #5 was worn by Jim Bucher. Wilson size 42 tag in collar. Jersey completely original except for the missing red white and blue shield patch on left shoulder which was a part of Boston uniforms during World War II. Uniform overall in very nice shape with the main distraction being a few small holes here and there. Also included are a pair of Wilson size 32 pants with team repairs to lower right leg and stirrups. Great example of a Boston Red Sox uniform from World War II.
