Offered here a Honus Wagner signed program from a 1939 dinner in his honor hosted by the Carnegie Rotary Club. The rear notates that the dinner was held on Tuesday, June 20, 1939, at the First Presbyterian Church in Carnegie, Penn. The opposite side has been autographed by Wagner and fellow Pittsburgh Pirates Arky Vaughan (HOF), Bill Clemensen, Ray Berres, Gus Suhr, Deacon Phillippe, and what appears to be Tom McCreery. Two notable Pittsburgh sports writers, Chilly Doyle and Harry Keck, have also signed the piece. All nine autographs are done in pencil and remain in excellent condition. A rare relic from the late 1930s. Encapsulated by Beckett Grading Services (Cert. #00015924595).
