Unidentified baseball signed by 9 members of the 1937 Chicago Cubs. Signatures are players Gabby Hartnett Joe Marty Billy Jurges Augie Galan Charlie Root Tuck Stainback manager Charlie Grimm along with coaches John "Red" Corriden and Roy Johnson. Handwritten in bold blue ink on one sweet spot is: "Presented to Mrs. John A. Lawler By Charlie Grimm Mgr. Cubs Sept 26-27 In Recognition of her Interest in the Cubs." Matching blue ink autographs rate about 6/10 overall with Hartnett being one of the best at 7/10. Ball itself has been shellacked and has darkened/soiled somewhat over time.PSA/DNA has deemed the signatures of Billy Herman Bill Lee and Ripper Collins on the ball to be Clubhouse.
