The twosome of Dr. Paul M. Hunter and Frank P. Hixon emerged as Low Gross Team Champions during the 1936 Pebble Beach International Match Tournament. This long rectangle silver box with small feet has an engraved emblem on its lid of a Celtic looking lion emerging from a crown. Engraved text below reads: "International Team Matches Pebble Beach 1936 Low Gross Dr. Paul Hunter Frank Hixon." The box measures 10 wide by three inches deep by one inch high.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
