Presented here is an important group of four tickets each to a different day of Athletics (Track & Field) events at the 1936 Berlin Summer Olympics Games with three of these days featuring the legendary Jesse Owens. After failing to ban Jews and African-Americans from Olympic competition German Chancellor Adolph Hitler watched in agony as an African-American man captured four gold medals in track and field. It has been called by many the greatest athletic achievement in the history of mankind. Never before has a string of dominant performances by one person over the course of just one week been so clutch so compelling so eye-opening to the world as to the fight of the human spirit in the face of racial and social hatred. All four tickets are for different seats inside Olympic Stadium ("OLYMPIA STADION") for Athletics "Leichtathletik." All four tickets have been graded and encapsulated by PSA. Each one has its additional ticket book section still attached with staple removal holes; this section is not even considered part of full ticket so consider it a bonus. (A full ticket would have the seat and date section still attached to the right.) Here are the key details for each ticket stub.

August 2: Jesse Owens competed in the trials and quarterfinals of the 100 meters easily advancing to the finals the following day when he would win his first gold medal. Slabbed PSA VG 3. Population 1 with just 3 graded higher.

August 4: Jesse Owens wins his 2nd gold medal in the long jump (all rounds held same day). He also competed in the trials and quarterfinals of the 200 meters easily advancing to the finals the following day when he would win his 3rd gold medal. Slabbed PSA GD 2. Population 1 with 8 graded higher.

August 7: First day of Men's Decathlon. Owens did not compete. Archie Williams another African-American took gold in the 400 meters. Perforation on the right side is fuzzier than the other three stubs. Slabbed PSA VG 3. Population 1; only example ever graded.

August 9: Jesse Owens wins his fourth gold medal as a member of the USA's 4 x 100 meter relay team. He ran the lead-off leg as they set a new world record at 39.8 seconds. Slabbed PSA GD 2. Population 4 with 5 graded higher.
