Great looking 1936 American Olympic Committee Official Report of the Games of the XIth Olympiad details every possible thing concerning the Berlin games. The United States United States finished 2nd to host Germany in the medals race but these Olympics belonged to American runner Jesse Owens who captured 4 Gold Medals to put a damper on the "Nazi" Olympics. Almost 500 page long publication is cram filled with photos of construction projects for the games venues tickets events athletes action shots etc. The publication details every possible fact concerning the 1936 Games - planning venues finances ticket prices events competitors as well as complete final results of every competition. Every possible thing you might want to know. Book itself is clean in beautiful EX-MT looking condition. Larger book measures about 8" by 11". Outstanding piece of Olympic History!
