Beautiful Brown & Bigalow 9 3/4" by 12" ad piece featuring an outstanding sepia tone image of a young Joe Louis with the words "Heavyweight Sensation" below his name. In 1935 Louis was ranked as the No. 1 contender in the heavyweight division winning the Associated Press' "Athlete of the Year" award for that year. Back has the following printed ad "The Choice of Millions WITTONE for Your Health". For the most part crease free aside from a couple of small ones on the edge. Back clean with some toning at the top and left side. Main problem is along the left edge on front where there is a line of "spotting" from scrap book removal. Still a great period piece.
