The multi-sport 1930's Goudey gum issue aptly titled Sport Kings is a perennial hobby favorite. Some of the greatest athletes of the era spanning all genres of sports are featured among the 48 elite subjects in the series. Presented here is a superior example of the King of the "Kings" the #2 Babe Ruth card. Ruth looms large on the offered example with an outstanding image rendered in rich color. The corners are evenly sharp and free of visible wear. A well-centered image contributes to the superb overall aesthetic quality of this prominent pre-war card.
