Nicely centered VG-EX PSA 4 #23 Jimmy Foxx card from the difficult 1932 U. S. Caramel regional candy issue has bright color and strong facial image for the issue. About 50/50 side to side and 55/45 top to bottom. Some light soiling along left edge on front and somewhat lightly toned on back. VG-EX overall corners. Good looking card for the grade.
