Sterling Silver 4 1/2" tall 8" in diameter bowl shape trophy has red white and blue enamel image of the Elks logo with ELKS NATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA 1929" engraved below. On the base below is engraved "36 HOLES NET SCORE WINNER". On the bottom stamped "SEDLACEK & CO. STERLING LOS ANGELES" and "BASE WEIGHTED". Trophy still in nice condition.
Sterling Silver 3 1/2" by 5" by 1 3/4" cigarette case/small box trophy has a green and white enamel Palos Verde Golf Club logo on top with "INVITATION TOURNAMENT 1934 CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT RUNNER-UP" engraved below. Box has wood base and wood interior. "SEDLACEK & CO. STERLING" stamped on the back. Box has some tarnish but still displays well.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
