September 23 1926 Gene Tunney vs. Jack Dempsey Sesqui-Centennial Stadium in Philadelphia. Dempsey lost his World Heavyweight Boxing Championship title to Tunney on points in 10 rounds. Ring Magazine's Fight of the Year for 1926. VG-EX.
September 22 1927 Gene Tunney vs. Jack Dempsey at Soldier's Field in Chicago. In the famous "Long Count" rematch Tunney retained his World Heavyweight Boxing Championship by unanimous decision. Ring Magazine's Fight of the Year for 1927. VG-EX.
June 14th 1934 Primo Carnera vs. Max Baer at Madison Square Garden Bowl in New York. Baer knocked Carnera down 11 times to take World Heavyweight Boxing Championship on TKO in the 11th round. VG-EX.
September 24 1935 Joe Louis vs Max Baer at Yankee Stadium. Louis knocked out Baer who was fighting with a unhealed broken right hand in the 4th round. Ring Magazine's Fight of the Year for 1935. VG+ w/small "2" in pencil on front.
June 18 1936 Max Schmeling vs. Joe Louis at Yankee Stadium. Schmeling knocked out Louis in the 12th round handing Louis his first professional loss. Ring Magazine's Fight of the Year for 1936. VG.
August 18 1936 Joe Louis vs. Jack Sharkey at Yankee Stadium. Louis knocked out Sharkey in the 3rd round. About G w/name in pencil on front.
June 22 1937 James J. Braddock vs. Joe Louis at Comiskey Park in Chicago. Louis knocked out Braddock in the 8th round to take the World Heavyweight Boxing Championship. This was the only time Braddock was knocked out in his career. VG+.
June 18. 1939 Joe Louis vs. Tony Galento at Yankee Stadium. Louis knocked out Galento in the 4th round to retain his World Heavyweight Boxing Championship. Would be VG but cover split about 3/4 way up spine.
