Awesome 1926 New York Yankees World Series press pin. Very clean front has gold "YANKEE STADIUM" set on blue enamel at the bottom gold "1926" set on white enamel on the sides and gold "WORLD SERIES" set upon red enamel at the top. Center has gold baseball atop crossed bats with the word "PRESS" in gold above. Screw down post back is totally original. "DIEGES & CLUST" stamped on the lower back bottom with the screw down clasp stamped "DIEGES & CLUST" and ""MAKERS". About 1" in diameter. The Yankees lost the Series to the St. Louis Cardinals 4 games to 3. Ruth did hit 4 home runs during the Series including a record 3 in Game 4. Beautiful looking press pin!
