Presented here is a vintage 1925 Reach Official American League (Ban Johnson) baseball that may have been used. The printing on the 1925 baseball remains the same as 1918-1924 baseballs. The "O" in Official is centered above the "c" in "American" and and ends over the "u" in "League" The patent stamp still reads "PAT'D AUG. 31-09" below that. The south panel reads "9 IN. 5 OZ." below "WARRENTED" and "The Cork Center". Ball is accurately dated to 1925 when "The Sign of Quality" was added to the Reach Trade Mark logo on the north panel. Presents in Excellent condition with all stamps strong and legible for its age. Only the upper section of the Reach Trade Mark logo is obstructed by some toning.
