Walter “The Big Train” Johnson was one of the most feared pitchers in all of baseball. From 1907 to 1927 he dominated the Major Leagues with over 100 career shutouts and won the World Series in 1924. Issued by the Maple Crispette Candy Company of Montreal Canada in 1923 this is one of Johnson’s toughest issues. PSA has graded this 1923 Maple Crispette Walter Johnson #30 an EX 5. With only this being one of two ever graded a EX 5 and none higher this is a must have for any Walter Johnson collector.
