General admission $20 ticket stub from the World Championship fight between Champion Jack Dempsey and contender Tommy Gibbons held on July 4 1923 at Shelby Montana. The popular Dempsey retained his title with a 15 round decision over the challenger. Crease free stub is super clean both front and back aside from the original at site total cost purple stamping.(ticket cost tax total price) Stub has been scissor cut at right end. Also included is a 1920's strip card of Dempsey as Heavyweight Champion of the World.
