GD PSA 2 ticket stub to Game 1 of the 1922 World Series between the New York Yankees and New York Giants played on October 4 at the Polo Grounds in New York City. Irish Meusel drove in a pair of runs with a single and Ross Youngs hit a sacrifice fly all in the bottom of the 8th inning to give the Giants a 3-2 triumph. After a controversial tie in Game 2 the Giants went on to sweep the Yankees 4-0. Fairly clean ticket with good color does have quite a bit of creasing. Still displays well. The only GD PSA 2 ticket stub for Game 1 with just one VG 3 rated higher. No full tickets for this game have been handled by PSA.
