Signed and inscribed by Babe Ruth "To My Little Pat Mackenzie From Babe Ruth - July 26 1931" in dark black fountain pen. The inscription and signature rate 8/9 out of 10 overall. The photographer's mark appears in the lower left corner. The photo has a couple of small border tears and one small crease neither of which affects the overall presentation quality.
