Draper & Maynard offers a heartwarming history starting in 1840 manufacturing buckskin gloves, mostly for factory workers, and molded themselves into a leading baseball glove supplier as the popularity grew in the early 1900s. D&M also ventured into uniforms and baseballs as the popularity of their glove manufacturing grew. As the company blossomed, it looked for endorsement deals and eventually teamed up with the Red Sox and Babe Ruth, signing them to a deal from 1915 through 1920.

Offered here is a 6"x7" photograph booklet from the Red Sox and Ruth's visit to the White Mountains in New Hampshire to tour the Draper & Maynard Co. factory. Many impressive images include Ruth manufacturing a baseball, the teammates shooting guns, and photos in front of the Draper & Maynard manufacturing building. A truly one-of-a-kind collection of photographs from Ruth's early career with the Boston Red Sox. Magnificent and vivid clarity persists through every example. Notable figures photographed on this trip include Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Tilly Walker, and Connie Mack.
