Decent very well centered VG PSA 3 example of legendary New York Giant Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson from the 1915 D303 General Baking Company Set a tough early regional issue. Despite the VG rating card exhibits good eye appeal. Color and image are still very strong. No real creasing just a couple of surface wrinkles that do not disturb the front paper surface. Relatively clean front and back. Corner wear seems to be the major factor in the grade with the lower right being the most severe. This is the finest ever graded by PSA.
