Rogers Hornsby's Hall of Fame resume is lengthy: 2-time NL MVP, 2-time Triple Crown winner, 7-time NL batting champion, and a 1926 World Series title. The Rajah is captured here by legendary photographer Charles Conlon quite vividly. The photo is well over a century old, but still portrays the intense focus the second basemen had that helped him amass nearly 3,000 hits with a career .358 average. This 7 ½ x 9 ½ photo is early in Raj’s career and presents with absolutely no issues to speak of and in beautiful condition. The original photo is encapsulated PSA/DNA Type 1.
