Nice VG PSA 3 Joe Birmingham from the 1909 E97 Briggs issue. Nicely centered with good color and sharp picture image. VG or better corners. Relatively clean front and back. Minor creases at edge of lower right border mostly on the back. Very tough regional candy issue. Only 4 rated higher by PSA.
